Product Specification/Description:  

• High Vacuum( HV 510’om bar) chamber/Beljar (A metal beljar 290 mm inner diameter and 450 mm height with an ‘L’ gasket for high vacuum sealing
• Three Nos. of LT electrical and through for evaporation made of electrolytic pure copper, With variable 200 and 400 amps current carrying capacity and with additional Transformers, MCBs and thyristor controllers for Co Evaporation
• Direct drive Rotary double stage Vacuum Pump having a displacement capacity of 250 lit/min (15 m3/hr) giving an ultimate vacuum of 1 x 10-3m
• Diffusion Pumps of ultimate vacuum of 10^-6m Torr
• Digital Pirani Gauges: Two Pirani gauge heads are required to independently monitor the roughing and backing pressure in the range of atm to 1×10^-3  mbar through a selected switch.
• A Digital penning gauge metal gauge head is provided to monitor high vacuum in the range 1 x  10-3 to 1 x 10-6 m.bar
• Digital Thickness monitor with water cooled feed through with crystal holder, oscillator box and two quartz crystal.
