Summer School on Advanced Lithography A summer school on \u201cAdvanced lithography and device Fabrication: From basics to contemporary methods\u201d is being organized at IIT Mandi from June 25-July 2. The objective of this school is to enhance the knowledge of participants in the area of advanced lithography and device fabrication, particularly how lithography technique is used for fabrication of semiconductor devices.
